Architecture Only
studioMET is a Houston-based residential architecture firm specializing in modern homes. We provide comprehensive architectural services tailored to each client, site, and program—from initial concept and schematic design through construction documentation and permitting.
For clients who prefer to work with their own builder, our architecture services can be provided independently from construction.
Architect-Led Construction Only
studioMET provides construction services for select architect-designed residences. Our architectural background brings a deeper understanding of design intent, detailing, materials, and execution to the construction process.
Working collaboratively with the project architect and design team, we bring the same attention to design and craftsmanship to homes designed both by studioMET and by other architects.
Real Estate
